As an intern in the Human Capital career field, you will be part of a team dedicated to managing the agency's most valuable asset: its people. This field is essential for attracting, developing, and retaining a high-quality workforce capable of meeting current and future mission requirements. While your specific placement will be based on mission needs, you will have the chance to be exposed to the diverse roles within the Human Capital field, which may include: - Human Resources (HR) Officer: Provides a broad range of HR services, acting as a key point of contact for employees and management on everything from employee relations to benefits and compensation. - Research Psychologist: Applies social science and psychological theory to study and address issues involving human behavior, helping to assess the attributes, attitudes, and activities of the workforce. - Training & Education (T&E) Officer: Develops and implements training and educational programs, determining learning needs, creating learning solutions, and delivering course content to the workforce. - Workforce Analyst: Gathers, analyzes, and interprets human capital data and trends to support strategic workforce planning, ensuring the agency maintains a mission-ready workforce. This includes your most recent unofficial transcript showing the date, university information, and GPA. Freshmen may upload a letter of enrollment from the university in place of a transcript. Failure to upload this documentation will result in disqualification from consideration.
