This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for STEM Positions, Cyber Security & Related Positions to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Incumbent reports to the Chief of the Facilities Branch of the Engineering Division, who assigns objectives, responsibilities and resources and works with incumbent to identify work, projects, and deadlines.
- Interpret policy, code compliance, anti-terrorism/force protection compliance.
- Provide guidance as a Project Manager and designer for construction, renovation, repair projects, and service contracts.
- Provide technical, engineering and construction advisory services to tenant, Garrison and reimbursable customers.
- Provide engineering services to pre-construction design and development phases.
- Evaluate and consult during all phases of work for renovation, construction, and repair projects.
