The Minneapolis VA Health Care System (MVAHCS) is seeking a Full-Time, Temporary (13 months), Physician - Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join the Specialty Care Service Line at the MVAMC in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Recruitment/Relocation Incentive Authorized

The candidate must have experience in general cardiology and non-invasive imaging cardiac imaging. Ample opportunities also exist for practicing advanced cardiac imaging if the candidate has expertise in areas of Cardiac CT and MR. Prior experience in providing General Cardiology care, preferably in an academic setting, will be desirable but is not mandatory. Care will be provided in multiple settings including In-Patient, Out-Patient, Tele-Cardiology and Outreach Cardiology visits. You must meet specific individual eligibility requirements in accordance with VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of appointment. Approval, award amount (up to $200,000) and eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after complete review of the EDRP application.
