  • Please note: This is a term position not-to-exceed March 31, 2028, subject to availability of funds. This position may be extended, or made permanent, without further advertising. If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for Docketing. Typical work assignments will include: - Input information into databases and systems and updates records. - Extracts requested program and/or statistical data when requested. - Update databases and systems to record status changes in all items docketed. - Reviews reports to identify errors. - Enters pertinent information into docketing system. - Performs routine factual research to correct and update case records. - Review recurring reports to respond to inquiries. - Retrieves information using routine queries or from hard copy reports. - Produces complicated tables, graphs and charts which may be incorporated into legal documents or courtroom presentations. Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
