This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. You must meet specific eligibility requirements per VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of appointment. Program Approval, award amount (up to $200,000) & eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after review of the EDRP application. First-line supervisor for physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants within that practice group. Responsible for working with the Primary Care Division and other Divisions within the Medical Center to achieve quality care standards and productivity targets. Leads process improvement activities and work to achieve patient satisfaction goals, access to care standards, and clinical performance targets. Assures that the policies, practices, and services within that group practice are consistent with the mission and vision of the Primary Care Division, the VA Portland Health Care System, the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 20 - VA Northwest Health Network, and the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Central Office. Responsible for providing primary care services to a defined panel of patients. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 07:30-4:00pst, 8:00-4:30pst
