Maintenance Worker Leader

About the Position: Serves as work leader of multiple employees in accomplishing trades, labor and operations work in support of the range mission.

• Directs manual labor, landscaping, and grounds maintenance work.
• Carries out equipment operation work involving industrial-type, rubber-tired and/or field, various range maintenance, and base camp type tractors, backhoes, fork lifts and/or skid loaders.
• Accomplish trades, labor and operations work in support of the range mission.
• Using and operating plumbing, electrical and carpentry tools to include powered equipment.
• Passes on to other workers instructions received from supervisor, and starts work by assigning the immediate tasks to be performed by individual members of the group.
