• Serves as a supervisor of the Workforce Readiness Branch under the Center for Strategic Engagement and Planning within DLA Learning, Development and Readiness.
• Manages resources projected and available for planning, operations, and special projects.
• Ensures all policy, regulatory and training initiatives are properly integrated across the Agency workforce.
• Reviews program accomplishment in terms of completed project, executed results and accomplishment of objectives.
• Articulates and communicates assignments, projects, problems to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and deadlines.
