About the Position: This position is located in Naval Medical Center San Diego with Directorate of Mental Health. Advance In Hire may be authorized to those who are new to federal employment. • Plan, direct, and coordinate clinical administrative operations in support of the assigned organizational leadership.
• Conduct analyses of clinical workload, access to care, provider productivity, appointment utilization, and patient flow to identify operational barriers.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures which support clinical mission requirements.
• Oversee administrative components of clinical support programs including Government Purchase Card (GPC), travel, and equipment procurement to ensure alignment with clinical mission requirements.
• Conduct studies, surveys, and interviews with clinical staff to identify operational issues affecting patient care delivery.
