County of Chester careers

Seventy-three municipalities, one city, 15 boroughs, and 57 townships, make up Chester County, Pennsylvania, founded by William Penn in 1682 as one of the three original counties of the colony. The 2020 census put the population at 534,413, and a three-member elected Board of Commissioners runs the government. Not many American employers predate 1700, and this one started out so large it spun off Lancaster County in 1729 and Delaware County in 1789. What is left still hires with the breadth a half-million-resident county requires.
