Drax jobs

Drax generates renewable power, produces wood pellets, and sells renewable electricity to businesses, and it calls itself the UK's largest single source of renewable electricity. Its Drax Power Station site carries four flexible biomass units, 2.6GW of the 4GW of capacity there, alongside a growing storage and flexible generation portfolio. The group is vertically integrated in biomass: it produces the pellets it burns and sells more under contract to buyers in Asia and Europe. Its stated ambition is net zero across the value chain by the end of 2040.
