Hunter Communications has been selling Oregonians internet and phone service since 1994, running fiber and fixed wireless across Southern Oregon and Northern California out of a base on Industry Road in Central Point. Two acquisitions in 2021, XS Media and OnlineNW, brought the fixed wireless side of the business and pushed its territory north into the Willamette Valley. It supplies free or discounted internet and voice service to Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport, local schools, and other government agencies.
