Sandhills Community College careers

Sandhills Community College was chartered in 1963 on 240 donated acres along Airport Road in Pinehurst, North Carolina, and taught its first classes in 1966. The college calls itself North Carolina's first comprehensive community college, and the work matches the label: associate degrees, diplomas, and certificates across a multitude of skills and careers, plus workforce continuing education for Moore and Hoke counties. Four sites carry that load: the Pinehurst campus, the Hoke Center in Raeford, the Robbins Center, and a public safety training center in Carthage.
