Intermittent Work Schedule This position does not provide guaranteed work hours each week, and work will be assigned on an intermittent "as needed" basis. This position will NOT lead to a full-time position. Intermittent employees are NOT eligible for benefits (see Addt. Information for more info). Applications will be reviewed and referred for selection at periodic cut-off dates. First cut-off is 8/18/2026 with referrals to follow every two weeks thereafter until position is filled.
- Conduct specified aptitude examination sessions ranging in size from 1 to 40 persons (enlistment tests), and 1 to 250 persons (student tests).
- Instruct applicants on testing procedures and start, observe, time, and end tests or test segments as directed.
- Utilize computer systems and software to administer computer-based enlistment and student aptitude tests.
- Oversee security and accountability of student test booklets at home, during transport, and at the testing location.
- Coordinate use of facilities to ensure adequacy of testing environment, test room control, and test security measures.
