This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Performs a wide variety of general laboring duties in and around the dam, powerhouse, shops, warehouses, and reservoir area.
- Assists skilled trades or craftsmen by retrieving tools or materials; holds, moves, lifts, or carries items; and cleans equipment and work areas.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and cars.
- Operate hand or small power tools.
- Dig ditches and level small areas.
- Perform janitorial duties.
