- As a Human Resources Specialist LR/ER you will: 1. Manage labor relations functions for PSA including negotiation, representation, and advice to management. 2. Advise management and employees on requirements and effects of labor management agreements. 3. Provide human resources services in employee and labor relations. 4. Process employee grievances and adverse actions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. 5. Analyze labor relations and employment law, regulation, and policy as well as best practices in the federal sector and develop proposed policy and procedure for PSA. 6. Develop methodology, collect, and analyze data and prepare recommendations and alternatives.
