About the Position: Manage Facility Engineering Work Requests from inception to completion.
- Provide customer service support and feedback for assigned customer organizations.
- Receive work requests and determine whether applicable for a work order, service order, or other support.
- Determine execution strategy of work order such as contract, or self-help.
- Present the work order request at the Work Request Review Board Meeting and take action on the work order request as determined.
- Process staffed work orders for approval and transmit execution package to DPW Engineering Division or other executing agency.
