- Serves as a working leader over other employees and concurrently performs identical duties.
- Distributes and balances the workload among employees in accordance with established workflow and assures timely accomplishment of the assigned workload.
- Instructs employees in specific tasks and job techniques and makes available written instructions, reference materials and supplies.
- Gives on the job training to new employees in accordance with established procedures and practices.
- Performs research and analysis when discrepancies are identified because of physical inventories. Assists with investigations when recording imbalances, losses, and/or Supply Discrepancy Reports (SDRs) problems related to lost material.
