About the Position: Serves as a Senior IT Project Management Specialist in the Information Management Automated Systems Division. You will lead system design, manage agile software lifecycles, and oversee project teams delivering secure.
- Serves as a senior IT project management specialist, technical advisor and software/systems developer responsible for performing duties related to the design, development, integration, testing and management of automated systems.
- Assesses progress in assigned IT projects/programs including cost estimates, schedules, and performance supportability baseline requirements by applying known IT software application methods and procedures.
- Independently evaluates contractor proposed solutions, for applicability, technical suitability and cost.
- Provides input to the program manager for source selection and contractor monitoring of acquisition phases from development through production and deployment.
- Responsible for applying concepts of software engineering and development activities, enterprise architecture, best practices, IT systems engineering, information assurance, cybersecurity, IT-related technologies
