You will serve as a Supervisory Grants Management Specialist in the Agreement Services Center, providing leadership and guidance to the staff and technical expertise to the Agreements Services Branch Chief and APHIS Programs.

  • The duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Serve as liaison between the Government and awardee organization to clarify, interpret, and resolve issues.
  • Provides and/or oversees training, technical assistance, oversight, ethics advice, expertise, and consultation to program officials, awardees, customers, review panels, applicants, recipients, and sub-recipients as needed.
  • Design, develop, implement, and interpret grant/assistance management policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Monitor and assess awardee performance and compliance with all terms and conditions of award and against established performance measures.
