  • Serve as a training officer and lead instructor and Field Training Officer of a law enforcement shift.
  • Responsible for development and maintenance of courses, lesson plans, and examinations and provides guidance to personnel assigned to instruct specialized blocks of instruction.
  • Conduct preliminary investigation of criminal acts.
  • Apprehend known or suspected criminal offenders.
  • Respond to all types of emergency situations including reports of suspicious persons, mentally ill persons, criminals, children and private citizens.
