About the Position: This position is located at Weed Army Community Hospital, Fort Irwin, CA. A relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes This is a Direct Hire Solicitation.
- Perform bio-psychosocial assessments on behavioral health patients to determine a diagnosis.
- Provides individual, family, and group clinical counseling services.
- Collects bio-psycho-social information about patients using interview, case history, and observation techniques, and assessment methods.
- Provides case management services to effectively manage patients enrolled in behavioral intensive outpatient behavioral programs and prevent crises.
- Provides concise documentation of care and recommendations.
