• Implement pre-release case plans with offenders.

• This includes evaluating their progress, discharge outcomes and aftercare planning referral services to include employment, vocational rehabilitation, housing, etc.

• Collaborate and recruit local/state partners.

• Must be prepared to facilitate classes when needed.

• Maintain documentation of all services provided.

• Prepare and present monthly reports.

• Assist in developing and implementing tracking mechanisms.

• Provides input to improve the quality of programming and services.

SCDC Minimum Requirements:     

• A high school diploma and relevant experience in program development, implementation, and oversight.

• Bachelor's degree may be substituted for required program experience.
