- Directorate Leadership and Program Direction: Leads multi-functional mission support, workforce planning, organizational readiness, and global security operations for approximately 250 personnel.
- Personnel Management and Supervisory Authorities: Directs workforce via subordinate division chiefs, executing full human resource authority, senior performance evaluations, key hiring, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Policy Interpretation, Formulation and Implementation: Formulates and enforces agency-wide policies aligned with federal statutes, actively evaluating impacts on workforce morale, productivity, and welfare.
- Strategic Liaison and Resource Advocacy: Represents the command before DoD, federal agencies, and Congress to secure vital resources, align mission support, and advocate strategic priorities.
- Technical and Administrative Direction: Provides technical and administrative direction across global workforce programs, including Security, Manpower, Military/Civilian Personnel, and Reasonable Accommodations.
