About the Position: This position is located at 78th Medical Group at Robins Air Force Base, Houston County, Georgia. It is located near the city of Warner Robins, Georgia. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. Incentives MAY be authorized.
- Perform complex laboratory tests and examinations in the chemistry, serology, hematology, urinalysis, immunohematology, and microbiology sections of the laboratory.
- Select appropriate test methodology to use and recognize when test values are positive or exceed a defined decision limit.
- Evaluate validity of data in relation to the test system and assay procedures.
- Conduct diagnostic tests on species of bacteria for positive identification.
- Calibrate analyzers and other equipment and run quality control samples to ensure validity of tests.
