About the Position: This position is located at 88th Medical Group, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes.
- Perform the full range of receptionist, recordkeeping and miscellaneous clerical duties.
- Complete request forms, manually or automated, for individual patient orders, blood work and other patient care and administrative related requests.
- Maintain and monitor patient appointment or admission schedules.
- Receive patients and visitors as the initial point of contact, in person or telephonically.
- Refer urgent messages and patient results for immediate action.
