This position is for one of the various teams within the U.S. Forest Service Human Resources Management. This position performs technical work and provides advice and assistance on basic questions in support of Human Resources Specialists for one or more specialized functional areas.

- Utilize office software such as word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, email and internet browsers to perform work assignments.
- Resolve problems associated with assigned duties.
- Research regulations and directives to recurring human resource questions.
- Provide routine human resources assistance directly to external customers.
