- Performs repair and limited fabrication of plumbing systems. General maintenance and repair of grounds water supply and sprinkler systems, building plumbing, air conditioning, ventilation, heating and refrigeration. General maintenance duties. Repair gas leaks in natural gas and liquid propane gas distribution systems replacing regulators, valves, fittings and meters. Lift, carry, and set up parts and equipment that weighs up to 40 pounds.
