The City of Shoreview is accepting applications for a Maintenance Worker in the Parks & Recreation Department.
Duties Include:
- Install, construct and maintain parks, parking lots, open spaces and trails.
- Perform landscaping and grounds care including planting, mowing, fertilizing, weed control, seeding, irrigation, etc.
- Maintain recreational areas such as ball fields, soccer fields, lacrosse fields, park shelters, ice rinks and other recreation facilities.
- Remove snow from Community Center, Library, School District offices, Fire Stations and park sidewalks, trails and parking lots.
Hours:
Normally, 6:30am - 3:00pm with some seasonal adjustments; subject to call back, unscheduled overtime, shift work and weekend duty.
Hiring Wage Range:
$34.30 – $37.81 per hour, plus excellent benefits.
(2026 Full Wage Range: $34.30 - $45.78 per hour)
