- Serves as the single weapon-system point of contact, coordinating with supply chain owners and logistics providers to resolve customer issues.
- Coordinates multiple initiatives to ensure Enterprise customer support levels are met.
- Acts as a focal point for identifying logistics problems related to DLA supplies or services.
