- Provides tailored customer support, maintains customer data, and responds to customer inquiries.
- Reviews backorder status reports on a daily basis and takes appropriate action to escalate backorders no meeting customer requirements.
- Receives and processes order cancellations, provides status updates and modifications, and conducts follow-up on customer receipt.
- Investigates, coordinates and releases Sales Orders that inhibit flow through automated systems.
- Applies DLA expedite policy and other standard operating procedures to request expedite actions within supply chains and/or emergency issuance from controlled stock.
