This position is located at Fort Riley, KS. Child and Youth Services (CYS) Employee Childcare Fee applicable to employees working at least 15 hours per week: First Child: 100% childcare fee discount (all CYS employees) Second and Subsequent Child: 25% childcare fee discount (all CYS employees) Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
- Serve as CYS Administrator of a level 3 or higher CYS program consisting of center-based programs.
- Oversight and responsibility for the operation, integration, coordination and oversight of an Installation Child and Youth Delivery System IAW all applicable regulations and standards.
- Plans and supervises administration of center-based system to include full day, part day, before and after school age programs, hourly, special needs and summer camps for school age centers.
- Implements and monitors DA policies to include CYPPP guidance, fee policies, program registration, baseline standards and space utilization goals.
- Recruits and hires qualified personnel utilizing Army CYS Standard Position Descriptions. Supervises staff assigned directly to the delivery system and evaluates employees based on established performance standards.
