About the Position: Serve as the Administrative Officer, managing, coordinating, and resolving a wide variety of distinct administrative, financial, personnel, and security programs.

  • Serve as the primary coordinator for personnel actions by processing recruitments, promotions, awards, and retirements using automated systems, and advises managers on regulatory requirements.
  • Manage incentive programs by researching eligibility, analyzing labor market challenges, and coordinating with the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center (CPAC) to implement them.
  • Formulate, justify, and coordinate the annual and multi-year operating budgets by analyzing historical expenditures, establishing cost projections, monitoring fund execution, and providing financial status reports to leadership.
  • Function as the primary coordinator for the Corps of Engineers Financial Management System (CEFMS), processing financial transactions including travel orders, travel vouchers, training requests, and purchase requisitions.
  • Manage the complete registration lifecycle for all technical training courses, including processing enrollments, maintaining participant databases, resolving scheduling conflicts, and issuing course completion certificates.
