About the Position: This announcement is for a Program Manager (Plans and Operations) and is located at the U.S. Army Operational Evaluation Command in the Intelligence Electronic Warfare Directorate with a duty location of Fort Huachuca, Arizona. (merit) Recruitment incentive, relocation incentive, Student Loan Repayment, Advance Leave Accrual, and PCS may be authorized if it is determined to be in the best interests of the Government.

  • Leads operational planning and coordinates test requirements with ATEC, HQDA, ASA(ALT), AMC, TACOM, and other commands to support Army and multiservice test programs.
  • Develops policies and manages Directorate current operations, overseeing conferences, events, taskings, and maintaining operational data repositories for timely analysis.
  • Plans, allocates resources, and manages long-range test programs, directing outline test plans, participation, and test engineering coordination to meet objectives.
  • Supervises and evaluates staff, assigning work, resolving disciplinary issues, identifying training needs, and implementing long-range staffing and performance standards.
