This position is located at the Fort Bliss Centennial Banquet and Conference Center.   • Prepares and serves food items which include, but are not limited to, hot dogs, nachos, chips, candy, lemonade, drinks, etc. Assists with food service during private event functions and large-scale events.
  • Assists catering team with decoration, preparation, and recovery of events. Greets customers and provides information about the facility and event.
  • Collects sales slips, total sales on cash register, accepts payment from patrons and makes change as necessary.
  • Busses tables, brings empty dishes to kitchen, sprays and wipes down tables, assists waitstaff as requested. Rolls silver wear, and assists other associated food and beverage activities.
  • Maintains a positive attitude, demonstrates a willingness to learn and performs other duties as assigned. Must be able to work nights and weekends.
