This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. Perform knee and shoulder arthroscopy (meniscus repair/debridement, ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, labral repair, subacromial decompression). Experience managing routine orthopedic trauma cases when on call. Collaborative call schedule shared with three other orthopedic surgeons. Full mid-level support from a team of six skilled mid-level practitioners and an orthopedic resident. Opportunity to train orthopedic residents from the University of Arizona, our academic affiliate. Evaluate and treat sports-related injuries across a range of patient populations. Board-certified or board-eligible orthopedic surgeon. Fellowship training in sports medicine/shoulder surgery is strongly preferred, and candidates should be proficient in operating on routine trauma cases such as hip fractures. Experience performing shoulder, knee and hip replacements would be an added advantage.
