You will serve as a Human Resources Assistant (Military) in the Naval Service Training Command of NROTC UNIV OF ILLINOIS.
- You will conduct administrative orientation briefs for new students.
- You will serve as the primary conduit for maintaining program continuity for all NROTC program requirements.
- You will provide senior officers, staff members, and stashed Ensigns training on multiple program requirements and processes.
- You will plan, develop and implements procedure for administrative data collection and advises Unit staff on correct procedures.
- You will prepare, collect, and administer various forms and correspondence in the NROTC student files and student health records.
