- Delivers specialized technical direction in the planning, design, development, testing, and ongoing support of advanced business applications and technology solutions aligned with agency goals.
- Provides recommendations on industry-leading practices and strategies to improve the productivity and quality of systems development processes. Serves as an expert advisor on software engineering and application development.
- Coordinates the integration of large-scale technology solutions in support of Agency objectives and needs. Provides technical leadership in the design, execution, and maintenance of adaptable applications .
- Facilitates the implementation of new technologies, including cloud computing and artificial intelligence, to help improve automation and efficiency.
- Directs implementation and coordination activities for complex data systems and architectures to support organizational needs. Ensures the development and maintenance of secure, dependable, and effective data management solutions.
