In this role, youll help homeowners recover after storms by identifying roof damage and guiding them through the restoration process. We are actively hiring motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career and take control of their earnings.
Note: This is not a roofing installation position. Our production team handles all roof installations.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform roof and exterior inspections following storm events
- Document damage and present findings to homeowners
- Generate leads through canvassing and referrals
- Assist homeowners in navigating insurance claims
- Obtain signed agreements for restoration services
- Attend weekly team meetings and ongoing training
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
- Coachable and motivated to learn
