About the Position: This position is with the Defense Health Agency. It is located in the Dept of Surgery Physical MED and REHAB Clinic service at Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center (DDEAMC) at Fort Gordon, Georgia. Serves as the primary Physical Therapist (PT) in an inpatient, outpatient clinic which maximizes restoration of physical and adaptive roles and functions in support of the overall program objectives. This is a TERM position NTE 4 years. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
- Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment using advanced therapeutic principles for patients.
- Plan and coordinate management and treatment of complex neuromuscular and musculoskeletal cases as fully privileged Physical Therapist.
- Evaluate for acute chronic neuromusculoskeletal and musculoskeletal conditions in inpatient/outpatient care.
- Design treatment plan for patients with complex, chronic, or acute conditions.
- Participate in the development of protocols and standard operating procedures for Physical Therapy programs.
