- Performs in-depth research and analysis of major discrepancies determined as a result of inventories, denials, letter of investigations, inventory balance and location discrepancies relevant to receipt, shipment, and storage transactions.
- Responsible for corrective actions to be taken in balancing records and expediting supply items requested by the customer that contribute to the improvement of DDXX stock control effectiveness.
- Assists in evaluating and analyzing trends of imbalance items by isolating contributing inconsistencies and verifies with historical data in DLA Distribution.
- Provides input to specialists required for developing solutions for correcting the imbalances and determines cause and remedial actions to preclude future occurrence.
- Initiates new ideas and recommends to supervisor approaches to streamline the inventory process.
