Social Work Assistant Chief supports leadership of Social Work Service, oversees social work practice, supervises staff, manages programs, and drives quality improvement across CTVHCS. Provides administrative leadership, develops standards of care, and coordinates system-wide social work activities.

Oversee social work practice, supervisors, and staff across CTVHCS. Manage social work programs, standards of care, and quality improvement. Coordinate inpatient/outpatient social work services and community collaboration. Develop SOPs, treatment protocols, education materials, and program evaluations. Brief leadership, prepare reports, and support accreditation compliance. Participate in committees, inspections, and special projects. Maintain academic affiliations and oversee student placements. Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Recruitment/Relocation Incentives (Sign-on Bonus): Not Authorized Permanent Change of Station (Relocation Assistance): Not Authorized Pay: Competitive salary and regular salary increases Paid Time Off: 37-50 days of annual paid time offer per year (13-26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year) Child Care Subsidy: After 60 days of employment, full time employees with a total family income below $144,000 may be eligible for a childcare subsidy up to 25% of total eligible childcare costs for eligible children up to the monthly maximum of $416.66.
