About the Position: This position is located at Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, in San Antonio Texas. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
- Ensure room service menu availability to patients.
- Comply with Hazardous Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) guidelines.
- Alter menus, instruct patients in menu selections and/or basic nutrition information.
- Check tray line for accuracy and/or compliance with diet order.
- Record and/or maintain temperature logs.
