Learning & Organizational Development Intern - Fall of 2026

Project Overview

The Learning & Organizational Development team is seeking a part-time intern to support a 5–6 week course-to-PowerPoint conversion project. The intern will take completed training courses currently built in iSpring and use AI tools and PowerPoint to convert the existing content into polished, professional presentations.

The content itself is already developed. The intern will translate that content into effective slide presentations, using established templates and branding while applying creativity, visual judgment, and strong PowerPoint skills to improve how the information is presented.

Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a college sophomore or junior who is comfortable working independently within established guidelines and has a strong eye for presentation design. Students majoring in Graphic Design, Education, Communications, Marketing, or Business may align well; however, demonstrated skill and creativity are more important than a specific major. Requirements

• Strong PowerPoint proficiency: Comfortable creating, formatting, and refining professional presentations
• AI proficiency: Comfortable using ChatGPT or similar generative AI tools to assist with presentation development
• Visual design judgment: Understands layout, spacing, hierarchy, balance, and readability
• Creativity: Can identify better ways to visually communicate existing information
• Attention to detail: Consistently catches formatting, alignment, and consistency issues
• Organization: Can manage multiple presentations, files, revisions, and deadlines
• Ability to follow standards: Works within established branding, templates, and content
• Feedback responsiveness: Applies revisions efficiently
• Authorized to work in the United States and located in Greensboro, NC.
• Must be able to work 20 hours per week, with occasional evening or weekend availability.
• Commitment to maintaining a high-performance culture and upholding company values.

Helpful, but Not Required

• Experience with graphic design or presentation design
• Familiarity with instructional design, training, or education
• Experience using Canva, iSpring, or similar design and learning tools
• Experience using AI as part of a creative or professional workflow

Compensation details: 12-12 Hourly Wage
