About the Position: This position is located in Fort Lee, Virginia at Kenner Army Health Clinic, Fort Lee Army Base. Be part of a team working toward the same goal of ensuring we do all we can to sustain Soldiers medical readiness. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
- Greet patients to verify nature of the visit and/or refer to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain and monitor patient appointment schedules for the clinic/practice.
- Type routine correspondence, progress reports, medical statements, memoranda and statistical reports using various automation systems and programs.
- Receive phone calls to provide general hospital information.
- Maintain appointment system to assist in scheduling various types of appointments for Primary Care Clinics and various Specialty Care Clinics.
