This position is located at: Aquatics - Fort Hood, Texas. Our Aquatics Program offers safe, family-friendly indoor and outdoor pools with year-round recreation and instruction for Soldiers, families, and authorized patrons. This is an open continuous announcement. All qualified applicants will be forwarded to management on a weekly or as needed basis. - Acts as water safety instructor. Manages all swimming lessons and instructs when scheduled, at the assigned aquatics facility.
- Develops swim program according to students' ability and promotes students to higher level swimming according to their skills.
- Teach students from age groups of infants through adults. Instructs all levels of swimming and appropriate strokes, to include front crawl, back crawl, elementary backstroke, breaststroke, sidestroke and butterfly.
- Introduces and instructs safety and survival skills to students, when appropriate to level of instruction
- Responsible for money handling and maintaining internal control practice as cashier.
