We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team! Our bartenders are responsible for creating memorable guest experiences by providing exceptional service, preparing high-quality beverages, and building genuine connections with every guest. - Welcome guests promptly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and presentation standards.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the food, wine, beer, spirits, and cocktail menus to confidently answer questions and make recommendations.
- Suggestively sell featured cocktails, wine, beer, appetizers, and menu items to enhance the guest experience.
- Accurately take guest orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, anticipating needs and resolving concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar before, during, and after each shift.
- Follow all liquor laws, responsible alcohol service guidelines, and company policies.
- Process guest payments accurately and responsibly.
- Complete opening, closing, and side work responsibilities as assigned.
- Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, food runners, and management to ensure seamless service.
- Assist servers and other team members as needed to provide an exceptional guest experience.
- Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong hospitality mindset with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform repetitive motions behind the bar.
