- If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for providing administrative program analysis, operational support, and facilities management services for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia (USAO-DC). You will work on complex assignments that evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of major offices and divisions and support the development and implementation of significant management and administrative initiatives. Typical work assignments will include: Conducting program analyses to improve support services, organizational efficiency, administrative processes, and strategic operations. Coordinating building maintenance, repairs, space planning, and telecommunications services to meet operational needs. Managing building access, parking access, keys, and related records in accordance with established policies and procedures. Serving as the point of contact for workplace safety and health matters and help ensure compliance with OSHA requirements. Administering employee transit benefits and mail services, including processing requests, maintaining records, and reviewing invoices and reimbursement claims. Assisting with the management and accountability of government property, including equipment assignment, inventory, loss reporting, and disposal. Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
