The Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for to providing non- professional nursing care and related services as required to meet the personal and emotional needs and comfort of residents, and to provide assistance with activities of daily living per the individualized plan of care or program plan.
- Provide compassionate daily care and emotional support
- Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, meals, mobility, and more
- Help create a safe, comfortable, and positive environment
- Participate in activities and engagement for cognitively impaired residents
- Take vital signs and report important changes
- Ensure resident rights, dignity, and safety are maintained at all times
- Be a key part of our care team—your work helps shape each resident’s day
- A valid Wisconsin CNA certification
- Ability to pass a caregiver background check and drug screening
