About the role

A Clinic Manager oversees the daily operations of the Forefront Therapy clinic, ensuring efficient, compliant, and patient-centered service delivery across clinical and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is an organized, decisive leader who can manage staff, streamline day-to-day operations, and maintain a high standard of patient care and business performance.


What you'll do

  • Operations Management
  • Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation
  • Ensure the clinic opens and closes according to schedule, coordinating staff coverage as needed
  • Monitor clinic budget, expenses, and financial performance in coordination with the Practice Owner
  • Maintain and enforce clinic policies and procedures

Staff Leadership

  • Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate administrative and support staff
  • Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage across all clinic functions
  • Address performance issues and support disciplinary actions as needed, in coordination with the Practice Owner
  • Foster a positive, collaborative clinic culture

Patient Experience and Quality

  • Monitor patient satisfaction and address escalated patient concerns or complaints
  • Partner with clinical leadership to ensure smooth coordination between administrative and clinical operations
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient experience

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure clinic operations comply with applicable healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and company policy
  • Maintain accurate records related to clinic operations, staffing, and compliance
  • Escalate compliance concerns to appropriate leadership
  • Adhere to HIPAA and all applicable patient privacy and confidentiality requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • Prior experience in healthcare or clinic operations management required
  • Prior supervisory experience required
