JOB TITLE: Warehouse Associate

LOCATION: Lehi, UT

DEPARTMENT: Warehouse Operations

REPORTS TO: Department Manager

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Mon–Fri

POSITION SUMMARY

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations across three departments; Fulfillment, Receiving/Replenishment, and Returns within a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This team member will pick, pack, and ship outbound orders; receive and restock inbound product; inspect and process returned merchandise; and perform general warehouse duties including cleanup. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Fulfillment

• Follow proper picking and packaging procedures to ensure full order accuracy.
• Electronically verify order accuracy using shipping software on iPads, scanners, and computers.
• Properly use boxes, shipping mailers, and other materials to package orders.
• Utilize the shipping system to generate shipping labels.
• Sort packages accurately for the various carriers.
• Transfer inventory from returns back into pick bins, scanning every item and bin location for accuracy.

Receiving & Replenishment

• Follow proper procedures to receive product deliveries.
• Provide updates as new items are received to ensure full inventory accuracy.
• Complete bin restocks and restock product locations.
• Perform inventory counts and reporting as required.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment to place and organize product containers.
• Operate Shiphero on iPads and computers.

Returns

• Unpack returned merchandise, inspect package condition, and assess paperwork for proper return procedures.
• Inspect returned merchandise, checking quality and condition to determine return category.
• Receive merchandise following all security and safety return procedures.
• Perform data entry as needed.

General

• Actively participate and contribute ideas to optimize warehousing procedures.
• Report any issues to the team lead or manager.
• Assist with cross-department support during periods of high volume or peak season.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and clear workplace.
• Other tasks as required to meet team goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 6–12 months of prior warehouse, fulfillment, receiving, returns, or similar inventory-handling experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (personal computers, printers, email).
• Knowledge of warehouse operating procedures and protocols.
• Ability to actively support team concepts and effectively communicate with team members.
• Ability to accurately follow directions, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements.
• Ability to focus and remain on task in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time.

The pay range for this role is:
15.50 - 16 USD per hour(Warehouse)
